The reporting required by these codes requires some of the following information: *A Master Report Listing the location of every fire and smoke damper, the damper number, and whether the damper passed or failed inspection. If the fire or smoke damper failed inspection, a detailed reason will be provided. *Digital Documentation (i.e. Digital Picture) of every damper ?Before? and ?After? Inspection will be provided. Providing photographic proof that all fire and smoke dampers were inspected, and in turn providing visual proof of the inspection to regulatory agencies (e.g. Fire Marshall, Insurance Underwriters, The Joint Commission, etc.) and internal auditors.
